Shipping & Availability

Shipping on all USA Orders

All USA orders over $35.00 receive free USPS shipping and tracking.

International Orders
We use USPS Global Priority Mail for shipping to international destinations. Depending on the country of destination it may take up to two weeks for your item to arrive. Once we have mailed an item we have no control over international delivery times since they rely upon your local postal service. Shipping rates to international destinations vary. You will be able to review your actual shipping cost in the cart at check-out.

Shipping and Handling Time
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please remember that since we hand sew every item in the USA sometimes an item may take more than one day to ship. We aim to ship all items within three business days. If there is a delay on an item we will notify you.

Delivery
Please make sure that if you have packages left for you when you are not home, that the package is left in a secure area and is out of sight of public areas and roads. Wagging Green is not responsible for packages that are not received due to insecure delivery. Since all packages have tracking we cannot be responsible for missing packages that are marked as delivered. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your postal carrier.

Back-order Policy
If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. If a back ordered item is not available within a reasonable time we will contact you to offer you a refund of the purchase price. Products on back-order will be shipped using USPS.
