Has your old Wagging Green collar seen better days? Don’t throw it out!

With the Wagging Green recycling program you can send your old, tired collar back and get a new collar at a discount by re-using the old hardware!

How Does It Work?

• Send us an e-mail: – service@epz.63c.myftpupload.com, and let us know you are ready to recycle.
• We will reply with shipping instructions and a returned materials authorization number. Let us know the size and style / design you would like us to make.
• Mail the collar back to us. Once we receive it we will dispose of the fabric and make you a new collar using the hardware from the old collar (buckle, rings, etc.)
• We will let you know when your collar is ready, generally within three days, and provide an order code for which you will receive a 25% discount off the retail cost of the refurbished collar.
• We will ship you your new collar, with the recycled hardware, at no shipping charge.
